TRIBE at Dunmore MacHales offers an brand new state of the art gym. Boasting brand new changing facilities and a wide range of conditioning and cardio equipment, we offer a large, bright spacious and friendly environment to either begin or continue on your fitness journey. Personal trainers and instructors will be on hand and whether it is your first time joining a gym, or if you are a seasoned gym goer, there will be always be someone there to encourage and support you on your fitness journey. TRIBE will offer tailor made classes for all levels and abilities, and there will always be a warm welcome and a place in our gym for everyone.
TRIBE WELLNESS
The wellness and mental health of the community is high on our list of priorities. TRIBE at Dunmore MacHales offers a brand new wellness studio where our family can engage in Yoga classes, Pilates classes, Mindfulness and a whole host of other health and wellbeing classes to help care and nurture the wellbeing and mental health of all in the community.
